About project
We have created a corporate programme for employee training
The Brand Ambassadors Academy "Tasty, period" is a training programme for employees of the network's companies. Its main goal is to teach employees how to create content for social networks at a professional level.
The training course consisted of three educational modules: text, photo and video production. In each of them, industry experts told the trainees about different types of content and their features.

Format
Training as a game
To provide the target audience with basic knowledge about the types of content and the rules of content creation in a clear language, we chose an online game format. This also allowed us to collect statistics on each user's progress.
Content
One topic — one module
We designed our online learning modules to be multi-level, including educational content, interactive case studies and a creative exam. To get to the next level, users had to complete the current level in full.
Grade
Points and rating
The user receives points for successfully completing the tasks. A league table of the top 50 programme participants was created based on the points scored. This added an element of competition and encouraged employees to actively participate in the programme.
Awards
Certificate and gifts
Every participant in the programme who completed all the modules received a certificate of successful completion, which could be downloaded into their personal locker. The best employees who made it into the top 50 were rewarded with branded merchandise.
